Job Description

Here at MarketforceLive, we are looking for self-starters with enthusiasm, commercial awareness and creativity. The Sponsorship Marketing Executive will support our multichannel strategy to drive web traffic, engagement, leads, enquiries, retention and acquisition of sponsors across the entire MarketforceLive portfolio of events and products.

This is a full-time position reporting into the Marketing Director.

Responsibilities

  • Outreach and ongoing communication with event sponsors to ensure excellent customer experience throughout the full campaign cycle
  • Pulling data lists to support sales and campaign marketing teams
  • Processing of opportunities, leads and enquiries in Salesforce to build the sales pipeline
  • Coordination of sponsorship marketing collateral including pricing guides and post-event reports
  • Boosting the impact of advocacy marketing campaigns
  • Driving results in line with sponsorship campaign KPIs and commercial event targets (increasing revenue, web traffic, leads, enquiries, downloads, Calendly meetings)
  • Producing and presenting ROI reports for sponsors
  • Working with sales and campaign marketing teams to develop robust audience targeting for each sector and product
  • Assisting the Marketing Director with testing and analysis of new marketing tactics, e.g. new campaigns, creative and ad formats
  • Developing deep knowledge of marketing platforms, channels and best practices
  • Updating event websites with sponsor information
  • Producing sponsorship marketing creatives including copywriting and working with designers
  • Set up and ongoing optimisation of sponsorship campaigns
  • Other marketing tasks as needed

  • Working knowledge of marketing platforms and concepts
  • Great attention to detail
  • Commercial mindset
  • Confident and capable with manipulation of data in platforms, reports and spreadsheets
  • Good copywriting skills
  • Confident communicator with strong presentation skills
  • Data-driven and ROI focused
  • Continuously developing knowledge by reading industry articles, news, etc.
