We’re a global B2B marketing solutions and events company. We were established over 30 years ago, but we’re not standing still. We are proud producers of cutting-edge events and content within Insurance, Banking, Utilities, Energy, Technology, Transport, Logistics, Media and Economic Regulation.
Our products are consumed by the most senior decision makers and produce targeted leads that drive high engagement for our clients. Juliet Knight joined MarketforceLive in 1992 and has developed highly impactful marketing and communications for some of the world’s largest IT companies and professional services firms.
Juliet has deep expertise in financial services and technology and fulfils an editorial role across MarketforceLive events and content in these areas. Juliet works with clients to help them develop the messaging, content and channels they need to engage the most senior management within their target organisations.
Phil joined Marketforce in 1999, originally as a conference producer. He joined the management team shortly afterwards and became a full board director in 2005. Phil looks after the operational running of the business and has overseen the growth of MarketforceLive’s conferences into industry leading events in the UK and overseas as well as building other revenue streams.
Phil is passionate about growing the business and enhancing the reputation of MarketforceLive as well as making the company a really great place to work. In his spare time Phil spends time with his family, travelling, enjoying lots of outdoor activities, running and is a keen rugby fan, helping to coach his son’s team at weekends.
Pauline has a long history in running high performing teams for business solution providers. She is a problem solver and is passionate about delivering tangible results for clients. As an independent consultant, she has focussed on B2B marketing strategy and ran a range of training courses. Pauline joined MarketforceLive in April 2017 to lead the sponsorship and communities engagement teams.

Emma joined MarketforceLive in 1997 as a temp for 3 weeks, but soon her natural ability to make friends both with colleagues and more importantly, clients meant that Emma was too vital to let go. She has forged relationships across all industry verticals, working with household names in tech and professional services. Emma keeps us all well fed. If you are her client, you’ll enjoy pancake breakfasts, but her colleagues complain (kind of) about the constant feeding!
Jo joined MarketforceLive in 1998. Over the years, Jo has formed a strong and long standing finance team, ensuring efficiency and excellent customer service is priority.
The majority of Jo’s time is taken up managing the financial reporting to aid budget control of all activities. When Jo is not crunching the numbers, she embraces her family time especially when she gets the chance to return to her beloved home island Guernsey.
Our team of canine consultants play a critical role in staff entertainment and stress relief at MarketforceLive. Special areas of focus include the lunch area, fridge and treats tin.
Over the Wall. We are committed to raising thousands of pounds each year for this fantastic organisation. It supports children and young people facing serious health challenges, through transformational residential camps in communities across the UK.
Annually, a team of MarketforceLive staff is appointed to coordinate our fundraising activities across the year.
In this last year, this has taken the shape of a London 10K run, a Santa Fun Run, numerous pub quizzes, regular sweepstakes and company event prize draws.
Our people also have the chance to receive an additional week of paid leave to spend at an Over the Wall children’s camp.
