Job Description

We are looking for a confident, proactive, personable, and relationship-driven Guest Relations Executive to join our VIP & Connect team. In this role, you will engage with senior decision-makers to secure their participation at our in-person events across the UK, Europe and the US.

As a Guest Relations Executive, you’ll be responsible for identifying and inviting senior decision-makers from our key market sectors, offering complimentary passes to curate a high-calibre attendee list.

This position plays a critical role in the success of our event campaigns: a strong and influential list directly enhances the value proposition for our sales teams, contributing to increased commercial opportunities.

Key responsibilities

  • Engage senior decision-makers from target accounts via phone, email, LinkedIn and video calls to invite them to attend our events, free of charge
  • Collaborate with our marketing, sales and content teams to ensure we’re onboarding senior decision-makers from our specified target accounts
  • Build and nurture trusted long-term relationships and act as an advisor throughout their event journey to ensure a high-quality experience for guests
  • Work alongside your Community Liaison Executive to pass over eligible attendees for Connect programmes and onsite VIP activities
  • Maintain detailed and accurate contact records using Salesforce CRM
Support the on-site delivery of Connect activities (e.g. 1-to-1 meetings, hospitality dinners, roundtables) and ensure gold-standard guest experience
  • Travel to 3+ live events per year (UK and abroad; all expenses covered)

What we’re looking for

  • Previous experience in B2B events, executive outreach, or a sales/customer success environment, or previous experience engaging senior stakeholders in a B2B context, e.g. through marketing.
  • A confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills who can tailor messaging to individual executives, hold thoughtful conversation and use their initiative to chase and convert leads
  • A relationship builder who is able to build credibility and earn trust and can guide professionals through a curated experience
  • Commercially aware and able to recognise where there’s value for both participant and partner
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple conversations, priorities and deadlines
  • Tech-savvy, with experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and digital outreach tools
  • Willingness to travel for events and work flexible hours across international time zones
  • Degree-level education

Why join us?

This is a chance to take ownership of high-level executive relationships and play a vital role in shaping meaningful, business-critical conversations. You’ll be part of a fast-paced, collaborative team with the opportunity to grow and make a visible impact.

Benefits include:

  • Uncapped commission structure
  • Flexible working options – use of London office or remote working
  • 25 days holiday plus gifted day at Christmas
  • Travel, accommodation and meals covered for events
  • Laptop and phone system provided
  • Collaborative and inclusive team culture
  • Auto-enrolled pension scheme
  • Health insurance
