Caroline leads Open Banking Implementation for Barclays Bank, which includes leading the design and delivery of Barclays response to the CMA remedies and PSD2 requirements. She also plays an active role in the Barclays engagement with the Open Banking Implementation Entity. She has spent the majority of her career in financial services - more recently as conduct risk director for the Transactions, Insurance and Mass Market businesses. Other roles have focussed on leadership of customer service departments, complaints management and customer experience programmes.
