Going beyond the last mile: utilising the C2C segment

Ukraine Post have branched into the largely underestimated C2C trade lane to address the needs of growing expat communities of Ukrainians worldwide. Integrated systems of both postal and non-postal players and new technology are uniting Ukrainian diasporas overseas with their domestic market to assist in parcel delivery. This cost-saving logistics solution allows Ukraine Post to improve customer service in the last mile and offer value-added service beyond last mile delivery to enhance C2C parcel exchanges cross borders.
