Jonathan Larsen is now Chief Innovation Officer of Ping An Group and Chairman and CEO of the Ping An Global Voyager Fund.

Jonathan spent 18 years at Citigroup where he was most recently Global Head of the firm’s Retail Banking and Mortgage businesses, generating ~$12Bn in Revenues and spanning 19 countries. He has been at the leading edge of the financial services industry for the last 29 years across the Asia Pacific region and globally. He brings a unique blend of strategic vision, operational depth, and understanding of the new technology landscape. He has led multiple large-scale, successful businesses across a wide range of markets and has extensive experience in negotiating and managing partnerships and M&A transactions.

Prior to Citi, Jonathan was a Principal in the Financial Services Practice of global management consulting firm, Booz Allen & Hamilton where he spent eight years advising large banks and other financial institutions across Asia, Australia and New Zealand and in the United States and Europe.

Jonathan is a Distinguished Fellow of the Institute of Banking and Finance, Singapore and was named Retail Banker of the Year in 2011 by Asian Banker magazine. He has been widely quoted in major business publications including the Financial Times, Bloomberg, Reuters, New York Times, Wall Street Journal, the Economist as well as local media throughout Asia Pacific. Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) from the University of Melbourne.

Rohan Kumar is the CEO and Co-founder of Toffee Insurance. He launched Toffee Insurance in 2017 to democratize the insurance buying experience thereby, making insurance affordable, accessible and relevant for the uninsured masses. An entrepreneur & product marketer with 18 years of hands on ‘Market Entry & Commercial Strategy’ experience across Mobile, Tech & Consumer Products. He has helped multiple companies like Shell, Haines, PlayUp & Gamestop ideate and create products which have turned in 5X returns. His leadership experience spans a range of growth-stage and fortune 500 companies across the APAC region. He loves products and brands that are honest, inspirational and are re-defining the rules of the game. A global citizen, he holds a Master’s degree in Marketing and a BBA in International Business. Outside of work, he loves to motorcycle and spend time with his two daughters.

Grace Hanson, recently assumed the position of Group Claims Director for Hiscox Insurance Company.   Prior to joining Hiscox Grace worked with two unicorn start-up companies, Homesite and Allied World Assurance, as well as founding a SaaS startup, Seagull Cognition Inc.  which is building an AI and ML driven decision support system to assist with insurance contract review.

As SVP Chief Claims Officer of Homesite Insurance, she built a claims organization that absorbed 400% growth, and was at the forefront of using emerging technology with a team dedicated to implementing predictive analytics, machine learning, automated processes, and artificial intelligence.   Prior to Homesite Grace was the SVP Global Chief Claims Officer at Allied World Assurance Company in Bermuda where she similarly built a claims organization which supported an organization that grew from zero premium to $2B.  During her tenure, the claims operations enjoyed a digital claims system and processes, flow through automation, and early use of analytics.  As a result of her work at the forefront of emerging technology integration in insurance, Grace was named a 2015 Digital Insurance Honoree.

Before entering the insurance space, Grace practiced law focusing on complex commercial litigation.   She has a JD, cum laude, from Tulane University; an MBA from Northeastern University, and a CPCU designation.  Grace is also Board Chairman of Build Change, a Skoll award winner which uses technology and strategic differentiation to drive sustainable change in emerging countries vulnerable to seismic and cyclonic risk, through improving housing resilience.

Louise was the Investor Relations Director and Head of International Business Development for Confused.com’s parent company, Admiral Group. Her previous employment was with Fujitsu Services and before that PricewaterhouseCoopers. Louise is an active supporter of the Arts and is a Board Trustee of Arts & Business Cymru. Louise is a Chartered Accountant, has a MA in History from Edinburgh University and two daughters under the age of three.
