Departments
Content production
As a content producer you take ownership of all aspects of an event and lead the content. You’ll develop relationships with the most influential people within an industry to shape events attended by senior decision-makers from across the world.
Being naturally curious will help in this department. You’ll have a knack for understanding what’s going on in the business world and the confidence to communicate this information across the business. You’ll also have the analytical skills to transform your commercial knowledge into relevant and engaging content for clients and customers.
Marketing
You’ll become an expert in email marketing, data analytics, CRM/database management, social media, digital advertising, branding & website management. You’ll have immediate impact on the success of the business through lead and revenue generation.
Creative flair will be an advantage, but you’ll also be commercially focused and have strong personal skills to get the job done. You’ll be a self-starter with great instincts, as well as analytical and organisational skills. Our marketers are key to our content reaching the right people at the right time.
Sales
In sales, you’ll communicate directly with our clients and customers to pioneer and grow our products. Deepen your knowledge of your prospects key issues and have meaningful conversations about how our content can solve them.
Personality, confidence and determination for growing revenue is what will set you apart in this role. You’ll also have the unique blend of commercial acumen, power to influence and ambition to be credible and confident in front CEOs and senior management.
Event management
Event managers bring our products to life for our clients and customers. They take complete ownership of the logistics of events, liaising with multiple suppliers, speakers, clients and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery on the day.
To succeed in this role, you should be a master at organising! You’ll have excellent attention to detail while managing complex logistical challenges. You’ll also have a flair for creative problem solving and performing gracefully under pressure.
